Q.Do you have any coupons?

A. Yes. When you buy 5 or more you can use COUPON CODE “5plus” for $4 off each Standard PC spore solutions excluding exotics. This is how you get the 5 for $40 deal now. Coupon code “CASH” for 10% off cash purchases. Cash purchases are not eligible for free shipping.

Q.When will my order ship?

A. All orders take 2-7 business days to process and are filled in the order they are placed. Buying priority shipping doesn’t change the processing time. Everything is made fresh to order to ensure the maximum shelf life and quality.

Q. Will I get a order confirmation after checkout?

A. Yes. You should receive a order confirmation via email very shortly after checkout. If you don’t please reach out to me via Email so I can make sure you get it.(please double check your spam/junk folder because it will end up there sometimes)

Q. Is a tracking number available?

A. Yes. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically when your order is being prepared to ship. If you don’t see it please double check your spam/junk before reaching out. During busy times I purchase the shipping labels a few days before actually shipping so if it doesn’t update right away please understand that it will once your order has been dropped off at the post office within the 2-7 business days processing time stated above.

Q. How do I know if my payment has been confirmed?

A. If you payed card or crypto you will receive a order confirmation email. If you mailed cash I will email you the same day I receive it confirming your payment.

Q. How is everything packaged?

A. All solutions/cultures are individually bagged and then sealed together in a clear bag. They are shipped in a usps flat rate box or plain brown box depending on the shipping method you select at check out.

Q. How do I store my solutions long Term?

A. Solutions will stay good in the refrigerator for years and are good up to 6 months at room temperature.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

A. No. If you input the incorrect information at checkout I will have to cancel and refund your order so it can be replaced with the correct information.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Most debit/credit cards through Max Redemption, Cash and visa gift cards via mail or 6 different crypto currencies. The crypto currencies I accept are BTC, ETH, LTC, DASH, ZEC, XMR, DOGE and BCH.

A. NO

Q. It is HOT/COLD where I live will the spores be ok in transit?

A. If you are concerned with your local weather you have the option of requesting your package be held at the local post office for pickup. You can do this from your usps account once you have your tracking number. This will keep your package from sitting in the elements. I do not have the ability to request this for you.

Q. Do you ship to California, Georgia or Idaho?

A. NO. If you place a order to be shipped to California, Georgia or Idaho your order will be canceled and YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
